Factory Access Cloud is IXON's product for factories (the OT asset owner side, not the machine builder side). It lets factories give suppliers and service engineers fast, secure remote access to their machines, while keeping full control themselves.
Core pieces:

• Connect – machines link to the cloud via IXON's edge gateway, with the built-in firewall keeping the machine network separate from IT/OT.
• Control – factories manage who gets access via permissions, 2FA/SSO, time-limited invites, and approval requests; every action is logged in an audit trail.
• Access – suppliers connect instantly via DirectVPN or EasyControl (VNC/HTTP), from browser or app.

It's essentially the counterpart to IXON Cloud (machine builder side): same secure remote access backbone, but positioned for factories who want to grant controlled access to external suppliers rather than manage their own fleet of machines out in the field. It also ties into NIS2 compliance messaging — audit logs, access control, and 2FA as "provable control."
