Three well-established digital service providers for manufacturing companies are joining forces. RAS, ProFunctional and MESCO will now operate under one shared name: Auxera. For existing customers, very little will change initially. The familiar teams, offices and points of contact remain in place. Ongoing contracts, projects and support agreements continue unchanged. What will gradually evolve is the company name, visual identity and external communication.
The consolidation brings together complementary areas of expertise. RAS contributes years of experience in the woodworking industry, with extensive knowledge of design and production software. ProFunctional has built a strong reputation in IT implementations, cybersecurity and business software. MESCO remains a product brand within Auxera and continues as its dedicated MES solution for manufacturing companies.
By combining these capabilities under a single name, Auxera becomes a one-stop digital partner for manufacturing businesses. From design to production, from business operations to data, and from IT infrastructure to cybersecurity, companies can rely on one partner across their entire digital value chain.
The official name change will take place during the final quarter of 2026. Until then, RAS and ProFunctional will continue to operate under their familiar names. Customers will be kept personally informed about every step of the transition.
